Sylvain Perret and Daphnée Vergeau Perret have been married for 20 years and had rich careers in France before deciding to leave their home and businesses there – moving to the Orlando area of Florida with their school-aged children in 2010.

They partnered to create Integrity International Brokers in 2013 as a Florida-licensed real estate company: It is a real estate brokerage, business brokerage and property management service group.

The business is licensed in both the US and in France.  Sylvain and Daphnée keep up with frequent real estate and brokerage training programs in both the US and in France. Thanks to the French-language website marketed in France, the group is able to bring many French-speaking and other European buyers to US businesses and to US residential/commercial properties.

To best serve the interests of its real estate and business brokerage clients, Integrity International Brokerage has partnered with financial, tax and accounting professionals; immigration and business attorneys; insurance professionals. We all stay abreast of' property market trends, taxation, immigration and other legal news in both the US and in Europe that might affect our clients.

When Daphnée arrived in Orlando Florida in 2010, it was initially only to create an import-export business – which she did. At that time, however, she was also an accomplished real estate investor in both France and the US, so when it came time to launch a new business – a real estate and business brokerage group with her spouse, Sylvain – she was ready. Daphnée has become the ‘Orlando Neighborhood Expert’ of the group and knows the data and the criteria all clients should consider to make a consistently profitable investment. Her ability to connect and negotiate with all parties makes her a huge asset when considering a new property.

After 20 years in the French business banking sector, Sylvain made a major career and life change: He and his spouse Daphnée packed up the family and moved to Florida in 2010. The family has lived continuously in the Orlando area ever since, while never losing the connection to La Belle France and family there. Sylvain holds a degree from the Institute Technique de Banque, a Florida real estate broker’s license, and an active real estate agent professional’s license in France (n°134M; Loire region). Given his experience with M&A transactions – and with growing, downsizing, closing and repositioning the business operations of his banking clients – he decided to additionally secure a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) through the International Business Broker Association (IBBA). This allows him to accompany his clients with great effectiveness as their seasoned advisor and guide in the purchase and sale of businesses of all types.
